IFLA will attend the meeting of the Bureau of the Committee for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, held virtually on 23 September. This Bureau has been established by the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict. 

IFLA is concerned with the destruction of documentary heritage and memory institutions in armed conflict and other disasters.
